Reading SOS Global is a 501c3 organization whose primary goal is to carry out educational and charitable activities to improve literacy among children.
We are a group of passionate individuals who believe in the power of literacy to transform lives. Our journey began with a deep sense of responsibility towards the next generation, knowing that the ability to read and write is fundamental to a child's future success. As we witnessed the struggles of students who lacked these essential skills, our hearts were moved to take action. We have committed ourselves to creating a world where every student has the opportunity to become proficient readers and writers before reaching middle school. Our mission is deeply personal, rooted in empathy and fueled by the desire to make a meaningful difference in young lives. We pour our hearts and souls into this mission, driven by the belief that every child deserves access to quality education. To cultivate and enhance children's lives through literacy. The purpose of Reading SOS Global is to work with students, teachers, educational stakeholders, and parents to maximize every opportunity to ensure that students are proficient readers and writers before middle school.

Our Step by Step Plan:
For Students: Improve the quality and equality of education for struggling readers and enhance the way schools assess, monitor, retain and provide resources for them.
For Teachers: Collaborate with and coach teachers in ways to engage, connect, and teach "at-promise" students who have a higher likelihood of dropping out of school.
For Educational Stakeholders: Educate and partner with educational stakeholders to improve policies and the way schools assess, monitor, retain, and utilize resources for the betterment of students.
For Parents: Advocate for and empower parents to see themselves as the primary educator; provide resources and the skills to help their children read, write, and succeed.
Reading SOS Global will partner with libraries in their literacy initiatives.
Reading SOS Global will partner with summer camps to provide reading programs.
Reading SOS Global will secure sponsorships from all available sources.
